Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end identity management and identity governance solutions, including Identity Lifecycle Management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Access Request Management, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Work with IAM technology managers to develop and communicate the long-term vision and roadmap for identity and access management. Identify new IAM trends and integrate emerging technologies to improve security posture and user experience.
- Lead the selection & Guide customization and the implementation of IAM tools (e.g.: Saviynt, MS EntraID, CyberArk PAM, PKI). Provide technical leadership and expertise during system rollouts, pilots and move to production.
- Develop and enforce identity governance policies that balance security with usability. Design of access reviews, audit trails, and segregation of duties (SoD) controls to ensure appropriate access is granted and monitored.
- Ensure IAM solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, ISO 27001). Guide efforts to assess & mitigate IAM security risks.
- Lead the creation, definition, and management of identity personas across the organization, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational roles and access needs. Establish governance processes for personas lifecycle management, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.

- Extensive experience in designing, implementing and maintaining large-scale identity management and identity governance solutions;
- Excellent English – written and verbal;

- Experience in pre-sales activities would be an advantage;
