Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user experience strategies and interface requirements.
• Design layouts, user flows, prototypes, and detailed interface designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and data-driven design iterations.
• Translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specs.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms.

Apply knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and/or frameworks like React, Vue) to prototype or guide implementation.

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing technical and design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience designing for complex systems, B2B platforms, or developer-focused products is a plus.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
